L.A. Dia de Los Muertos
A day of celebrations, exhibits, presentations and other activities. The event runs from noon until midnight. Some celebrity graves are decorated, most notably those of actor Rudy Valetino, and punk rock band members Johnny Ramone and Dee Dee Ramone. Live bands play on various stages throughout the event.

Dia de Los Muertos at Olvera Street
The annual celebration at El Pueblo in downtown Los Angeles (near Union Station), culminating with a 2-day festival. The event includes Aztec dancers, street performers, mariachi bands, children's activities and more. El Pueblo is adjacent to Olvera Street where you can shop and eat lunch or dinner. There is a procession and blessings each night.

Noche de Ofrenda at Grand Park
Grand Park partners with Self-Help Graphics & Art to present a traditional Noche de Ofrenda ceremony honoring the dead and featuring prayer led by the local indigenous community. In addition to enjoying performances by traditional dancers representing the Aztecan, Oaxacan and Michoacan traditions, as well as Los Angeles-based poets and musicians, Grand Park guests will also help build a giant community altar.
